What this site is for
Launch sites, viewing areas, and road closures for Japanese fireworks festivals are published by organising committees and city offices — usually as PDFs and blocks of text. On the night itself, that format makes it hard to work out where you are standing and how far in you are allowed to go. Hanabi Navi puts that information on a single interactive map. You can also mark the spot you claimed and share it, photos included, with the people meeting you there.
Where the information comes from
Launch sites, free viewing areas, paid seating, restricted road sections, and nearest stations are drawn from official announcements by each festival's organising committee and the relevant ward or city office. For the final word on whether an event is going ahead, its timing, and what is closed off, always check the festival's official website and follow on-site instructions.
How it is kept current
Map data and event details are revised whenever the official announcements change. Every page shows its last updated date in the footer. If you spot an error, please tell us.

Hanabi Navi is designed, built, and operated by libery, an independent developer (domain: libery.one). There is no financial relationship with any festival organiser, local government, or advertiser, and nothing on this site is paid placement.
