Where is Venue 2?

Venue 2 is on the Sumida River between Komagatabashi and Umayabashi. It starts around 7:30 PM, 30 minutes after Venue 1 (Sakurabashi–Kototoibashi, from around 7:00 PM). Both areas are outlined on the map on this page.

What time does it start and end?
